A GSF Field Trip to WWT

You are here: Home / News / A GSF Field Trip to WWT

“The most dangerous phrase in the language is, ‘We’ve always done it this way.’” – Grace Hopper

That line adorns the wall of the World Wide Technology (WWT) conference room in Tampa. And as the WWT showed us during our GSF Field Trip to their office on August 24th, they are not a company that sticks to any traditional way of doing business.

Twenty attendees joined the GSF to learn about WWT’s Virtual Advanced Technology Center (ATC), including the Singapore, Germany, Lithuania, Denmark, and The Netherlands representatives from U.S. Special Operations Command J3-International, J6 specialists from Special Operations Command-Central, and GSF Corporate Partner company employees.

WWT’s Dustin Holst provided an interactive and virtual demonstration of the ATC’s capabilities.

Stu provided real world, SOF-focused applications of the ATC from his experience at the St. Louisbased facility. Afterward, WWT continued to host us with a Happy Hour nearby.

Thank you to WWT!

We invite our Corporate Partners to attend our next Field Trip to learn about BAE Systems at Amelie Arena!  Contact Stephen Jones for details!
