Shane Smith is a Partner Relations Manager for Global SOF Foundation. In this role, Shane facilitates business-to-business introductions among Corporate Partners assists with recruitment of new Corporate Partners and supports Global SOF Events.
Prior to his position with the Foundation, Shane served 20 years as an Active-Duty Civil Affairs Specialist. Throughout his Army career, Shane served on 5 overseas deployments: Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Germany, and Poland. Shane is well-versed in forging relationships and has a passion for working with domestic and international partners to accomplish mission success.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. They have a
young daughter who enjoys sports and dancing. Shane and his family
reside in Pinehurst, NC.
