
Mr. Rob Potter is a Director of Marketing and Sales, leading strategy, brand, and commercial initiatives supporting the international SOF community.
Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Strategy & Creative at APS Group, where he led global marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and scaled delivery across North America Asia and Europe. In this capacity, he was responsible for commercial performance, pipeline growth, and operational governance, while introducing AI-enabled automation and new service lines to improve efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Potter held senior leadership roles focused on global marketing operations, growth planning, and commercial transformation across international markets. He has led multi-market campaigns spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, supporting complex product launches and building scalable delivery models that improve cross-functional collaboration and performance. His experience includes work across the financial, energy, oil and gas, government and professional services sectors, where he has helped organizations translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
Mr. Potter holds a Master of Arts in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Robert Gordon University.
He is actively involved in the rugby community, having served in coaching and leadership roles across regional and national programs, and enjoys traveling whenever he has the opportunity.
