Brigadier (Ret.) Lance Mans achieved a full career that included significant periods of specialist employment. He has filled military appointments up to strategic level, and latterly in Afghanistan as senior commander of a 2000-strong combat force from 17 Alliance nations.
Prior to that he delivered strategic level major change programs for NATO through his key involvement in the initiation and direction of a newly evolved 29 nation NATO headquarters. He is now CEO of Syrus Insight Ltd, a leadership and capability development company, and is the Chairman of Robert Peel International Ltd, a law and order training and procurement company.
He is a defence adviser to the private and public sectors, he has presented his leadership experience in support of UK police training, he has lectured for the U.S. Department of Defence’s Joint Special Operations University, and he is currently a Senior Mentor educator in NATO.
