
SFC (RET) Jennifer Brooks is the Membership Services Manager for the Global SOF Foundation. Prior to her position with the Foundation, Jennifer served with the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC) and United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) as a Civil Affairs NCO. Her leadership positions included Team Sergeant, Civil Affairs Military Operations (CMOC) NCOIC, and Operations NCOIC. During her military career Jennifer served two combat tours in Afghanistan, worked as part of the Civil Military Support Element (CMSE) at the US Embassy in Yemen and US Embassy in Mauritania, Africa, and was the first Civil Affairs LNO to NSW at SOCAFRICA. After medically retiring in 2017, Jennifer worked as a contractor at USSOCOM J59 Concepts and Integration.
Jennifer holds a BS in Human Service Management from University of Phoenix, a MA in Strategic Security Studies from The College of International Security Affairs, National Defense University and, a MS in Instructional Design & Technology from Purdue University Global.
Jennifer lives in Apollo Beach, FL. with her twin boys, Eli and Joey. In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers as a Military Mentor and Assistant Group Leader with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, a non-profit that supports the families of fallen service members.
