
Chad White, SFC (ret) began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Gunners Mate, where he deployed once in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He later transitioned to the U.S. Army, serving as a Special Forces Medic, Multi-Purpose Canine Handler and Operations Sergeant, deploying multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and other activities. He was a member of 3rd Special Forces Group and U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
After 17 years Chad was medically retired and was selected as an instructor with the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where he trained and mentored the next generation of Special Operations medics and corpsman, translating field experience into doctrine, standards, and life-saving capability.
After his active and contracted time with the U.S. Army, Chad entered the government contracting and consulting industry, advising organizations on leadership, human performance, technological advantages, and operational effectiveness. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
He now lives in North Carolina with his wife and 4 sons. He remains engaged with the SOF community in a variety of ways from volunteer work in non-profit organizations to mentorship through transition.
