
Anthony Lark serves as the Director of Partner Relations for the Global SOF Foundation, where he spearheads corporate partnerships and engagement strategies designed to unify and strengthen the global Special Operations enterprise.
Anthony retired from the U.S. Army in 2023 after 20 years of distinguished service, including over a decade in Special Operations as a Civil Affairs Noncommissioned Officer and SpecialOperations Combat Medic. His career spanned multiple theaters, including Afghanistan and Africa, as well as leading Humanitarian Assistance Disaster Response (HADR) programs throughout the Indo-Pacific Command. Throughout his career, he held various leadership positions, including Team Sergeant, Senior Medical Advisor, Operations Sergeant, and First Sergeant. Before joining the Foundation, Anthony served as a Site Manager at Erbil Air Base, Iraq, where he led a team of 100 linguists supporting CENTCOM operations.
Anthony holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Grand Canyon University and an
Executive Certificate of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. He remains deeply
committed to service, voluntarily leading community-based initiatives and building networks
focused on strengthening local resilience.
