Rally Point & Team Room Leaders

In the past, the Team Room brought in keynotes who were often senior leaders, but tonight we are focusing solely on the topics mentioned in the SOF Force Survey. Rally Point will tackle networking or interacting with people after service. Beyond Exposures will dig into the very real challenges many face with traumatic brain injury and sleep, and our last segment, Endless Pursuit, will tackle purpose after service.

Beyond Exposures

No one goes to war certain they will go unscathed. No community understands the repercussions of war more than special operations, but exposures don’t define you. Making the most of your health in and after service is key.
Drs. Bonvie and Matta shared many resources to accompany their informative session.

Endless Pursuit

Purpose and hardship are connected. Purpose goes beyond a job, duty, or title. For our SOF community, purpose is often is accompanied by risk and hardship. Maybe you even start to think purpose “feels a certain way”…. Like the feeling of success or flow as MBA types like to say. But when you leave service and your purpose has to evolve, how do you recognize it?
